The Marketing Campaign Manager supports the Digital Marketing Senior Manager develop and execute marketing campaign strategy, impactful programs and analytics for the vAuto and HomeNet businesses.


The Marketing Campaign Manager supports the marketing team and a broader group of business stakeholders by driving demand for vAuto and HomeNet products/services with new and existing customers and accelerating their movement through the purchase lifecycle/buyer journey.This involves the identification of targets, creating awareness and interest, establishing a relationship, engaging in a meaningful exchange of information, sustaining their interest, and passing along qualified leads to the lead generation team. 


The Marketing Campaign Manager will establish and track KPIs/metrics for the vAuto and HomeNet customer journeys and for all marketing investments to provide visibility into the effectiveness, efficiency and attribution associated with marketing efforts.  


The Marketing Campaign Manager is also responsible for planning, promoting, and executing vAuto and HomeNet customer monthly webinars and workshops, in partnership with Performance Management, Sales and Product Marketing partners.


Leveraging a variety of data sources including Salesforce, a proprietary marketing database and segmentation data, this role makes recommendations around marketing campaign tactics to drive results. This position also serves as the marketing team’s data expert, collaborating with other teams to support the needed maintenance and creation of data infrastructure.


Along with robust analytical skills, the Marketing Campaign Manager will be able to complete a high volume of projects on time and possess strong communication skills to translate technical information into terms business managers can understand. He/she will possess great interpersonal skills and can work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers. 


Responsibilities


Translates campaign and business goals into actionable customer targeting strategies to drive campaign performance

Creates and organizes post campaign analysis including recommendations to optimize future campaigns

Works closely with Performance Managers to help develop content calendar and engagement campaigns for monthly customer workshops and webinars; Provides marketing campaign support to Product Marketing team with state events and programs

Manages analytics fulfillment process making sure campaign lists and post campaign analysis are delivered on time with a high level of data accuracy.

Works directly in pulling analysis and campaign target lists and post campaign results

Able to make recommendations to optimize campaign results including targeting strategy, contact frequency, and channel recommendations

Identifies opportunities to leverage advanced and predictive analytics, works with outside vendors and internal partners to deliver analysis and models

Owns vAuto and HomeNet relationship with Cox Automotive Marketing Technology team and executes campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Presents insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients; Responsible for creating and delivery monthly dashboards and reports

Provides expertise on data housed in Salesforce and the proprietary marketing database, owns data strategy, activation and maintenance for marketing data

Serves as marketing lead/representative on special projects including cooperative efforts with Cox Automotive technology communities


Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in a related disciple (Marketing, Communications, Digital technologies) OR an equivalent combination of education and work related experience

Generally 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a focus on direct/digital and/or CRM marketing using data and analysis to create campaigns

Demonstrated experience in the areas of customer targeting and use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Knowledge of B2B buyer journey framework and direct experience creating marketing campaigns centered around the customer lifecycle stages

3 years of experience with complex database systems, business intelligence tools, and related systems; ability to use SQL, SAS experience highly desirable

Digital marketing (email, social, web) experience including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Highly organized, attention to detail, with the ability to stick to deadlines and work within budget

Results oriented and self-motivated

Strong collaboration, presentation and communication skills
