Each is aligned to the Digital Business Group mission and corporate strategy but operates individually outside day-to-day JLL operations to ensure it maintains an agile, startup environment.
In support of this goal, we’re looking to add a passionate, experienced Director or Senior Director of Marketing Automation and Operations to help build a complete marketing and sales technology architecture to support the growth of new businesses within JLL. We’re looking for someone who has a balance of experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of tackling the unknown when it comes to analyzing opportunities, developing plans and implementing them.
Identify, implement, and maintain the sales and marketing technology tools needed to facilitate large scale outbound communications, ensure optimal data quality, clearly defined lead and opportunity flows, campaign tracking, sales enablement, and data integrity.
Define and implement effective program workflows to support the inbound, outbound, and ongoing audience nurturing needs of campaigns across numerous different lines of business.
Evaluate campaign strategies and plans and make recommendations as to how the campaign can be improved to take better advantage the entire sales and marketing technology stack.
Provide subject matter expertise in the current strategic best practices within the marketing automation and CRM solutions.
Lead a high performing team including effective management of 3rd party vendor relationships.
Effectively communicate system changes and enhancements to the sales and marketing teams
Build and maintain an attribution model that provides necessary insights into the performance appropriate marketing channels and/or specific campaigns.
Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting on global marketing operations, campaign performance, opportunity creation and departmental activities.
Develop and implement best practices for constant improvement of lead, opportunity, and account data quality across the organization.
Develop and maintain ancillary tools that may include marketing libraries, internal sites on tools like Sharepoint, or other solutions necessary to improve efficient distribution of content and sales enablement tools to internal audiences.
Understand and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy laws and regulations.
Oversee marketing technology budget including monthly updates, budget forecasts, and approvals.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or the equivalent
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing operations and marketing automation, preferably in a technology sales and marketing environment
Proven track record of supporting successful demand generation programs with experience in marketing databases, segmentation, email execution and lead processes
Proven expertise developing and maintaining marketing technology solution to achieve business objectives - Experience with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
Strong analytical skills to be able to take data and transform it into informed action. Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Domo would be beneficial.
Great at building relationships with internal and external business partners with the ability to advise and influence decisions at all levels of the organization
Deep understanding of campaign flows, nurturing and other marketing automation campaign concepts and capabilities
Strong project management skills along with being detail oriented to ensure flawless campaign delivery support
