You will be responsible for leading the strategy and operations of U.S. National Industrial research, delivering market intelligence initiatives and providing direction to drive national competitive advantage through research strategy, development, and analytics. You will study trends and conditions in the industrial property sector; collecting and reporting statistical property data and analyzing the data to identify significant trends and opportunities, and then predicting future trends. You will serve as the face of Colliers’ industrial practice through speaking engagements at industry events, panel discussions, online presentation, trend articles and media interviews. You are a passionate leader who brings experience with industrial analytics at a regional level.
What you bring
Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience managing industrial real estate analytics in commercial real estate.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or other relevant degree
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on public speaking and writing.
Ability to engage with the media on Industrial market trends and activity.
Firm understanding of the implications and impact of economic trends.
Strong analytical skills; with proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel.
Proven track record of production and sustained market growth in the Commercial Real Estate research field or related research/customer centric information industry.
Experience managing a team.
Bonus skills and experience
Ability to travel across the USA as needed.

You will lead U.S. Industrial Research by successfully developing strategy to support business objectives, and position Colliers as an industry leader.
You will be responsible for managing and analyzing Colliers’ proprietary industrial market datasets.
You will draft and manage the production of the quarterly national industrial reports and other reports and written research as necessary
