Manage a team of field sales representatives
Establish, execute, and maintain vendor program strategic plans
Deliver program growth in volume, margin, and profitability per established budgets.
Maintain compliance with established vendor program Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
Responsible for managing a regular rhythm of activity reporting and program management reviews.
Identify/Create/Implement finance programs and products to support program growth.
Facilitates program matters across stakeholder community
Participate in vendor events such as trade shows and partner meetings.
Create and execute training for vendors and dealers.

Bachelor's Degree required
Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience in management, equipment finance industry, and technology sector
Strong cross group collaboration skills
Expertise with critical sales and transaction management tools (pricing, relationship management, etc.).
