The position plays a crucial role to support establishing and execute standardized governance for new bus models / initiatives, validating value, feasibility and viability working with all relevant stakeholders.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Key tasks include:
Collaborate with business leaders to identify new and innovative partnering business models and initiatives that support the Next Generation Partnering journey, with specific focus on covering identified white space territories with partners and enabling innovation
Evaluate viability and value of new business models / programs / initiatives, ensure consistency with other partner programs / GTMs in development or in market and ensure any new initiative positively impacts partners -
Responsible to define the detailed model and operational architecture to support
Validate the feasibility from compliance, legal, financial, operational, organizational and systems point of view
Work in close collaboration with all related organisations such as Commercial, Compliance, Legal, CFR, Finance, LoBs, Global Partner Management, Regions …
Ensure close alignment with Commercial to define and standardize commercial policies
Ensure that any initiative being prepared for market still meets the original goals and objectives; Review any partner or internal communication material prepared for the initiative to ensure it meets the original architecture and scoping
In addition, work with OEC (former LCIO) organization to help assess existing and future business model risks; help define the best-balanced partner compliance strategy for existing and new partner types and business models
Contribute to infuse partner business model and partner program knowledge within the OEC team
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
International business experience (5+ years) in IT / SW industry with multi-channel environment. Excellent understanding of partner ecosystem, routes-to-market in particular key industry trends, changing partner economic models and multi-channel GTM models.
Deep knowledge of commercial business models.
Strong experience in complex project management and in leading virtual / cross-functional teams. Ability and proven track record of driving change in “virtual” environments.
Have experience in integrating multiple components to drive projects to success, including business case development, model design, software licensing model, systems (CRM, PRM, Order Entry) and processes (business planning, lead to cash).
Understanding of new technologies (Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/ PaaS, Machine Learning, AI, …)
Team player with a “can do” attitude, able to deliver upon commitment and towards tight deadlines.
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor.
C-level communication skills.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
