Strategize and champion to ideate, produce initiatives that best support culture journey, people, Learning and engagement objectives.

Act as a role model and coach for our Culture and Values and help build an inclusive and diverse working environment.

Establish an emotional connection for employees, execs, and the organization as whole, through targeted focus groups, dialogues, events, experience sharing, Storytelling, ensure Employee Voice is heard at all levels

Drive, manage and support projects.

Oral/written presentation, status, progress reporting to management.

Represent country in group engagement, people transformation and learning initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Undergraduate degree

Understanding of banking operations preferred

A minimum 8 years of relevant experience in people management, employee engagement, transformational journey

Demonstrated Data analysis, Critical thinking and innovative mindset

Program Management skill in planning, execution and stakeholder management end to end.

Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written)

Good analytical skills

Proficient in O365, especially on Excel and PowerPoint

Drive, Initiative and Innovative.

Passion to uplift employee experience and make a difference in driving journey and changes.
