PerformanceDelivery Directors design and improve operating and management systems withagile domains and business functions through the development and deployment ofleading practices and solutions to achieve our partner’s strategic objectives.Performance Delivery identifies and executes these opportunities by workingclosely with business leaders to connect improvement opportunities to strategicbusiness objectives, apply sound business management and quality principles todrive improvements, and ensure that the change is sustainable.

The Expertise You Have 

Seven years or more ofbusiness design, redesign, or improvement experience

Demonstrated success atleading and delivering results for complex strategic, transformational, andgrowth projects

Financial services orbenefits outsourcing industries experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degreerequired, MBA is a plus

Advanced knowledge ofcore operations management concepts (Six Sigma, Transactional Lean, and QualityManagement experience a plus)

Strong communicationskills (verbal/written) and experience facilitating large, cross-functionaldesign or strategic working sessions including issue, option, and resolutionframing

Comfortable adapting tonew and changing business areas and taking initiative to drive projects forwardand deliver value in a complex, cross-functional working environment

Ability to partneracross the organization to interact/influence/negotiate effectively at alllevels of management and peers through personal interactions as well as thecreation and delivery of effective presentations

Curiosity to learn anduncover the root of ambiguous and complex business and situations throughrespectful questioning, research, and investigation

Strong business valueanalysis and financial modeling skills including experience in areas such ascost analysis, value frameworks, data analysis, critical thinking, excelmodeling, or data flows

Proven experienceorganizing teams and work, leading programs and projects to deliver value usingagile and traditional methodologies

Advanced processdesign, redesign, and improvement experience including evaluating currentstate, assessing customer needs, and leveraging customer journey and personainsights

Change managementexperience including making the case for change, defining success, buildingcapabilities, and influencing others (large scale business case development aplus)

Experience designingmanagement systems along with governance routines, controls, key performanceindicators, and other instrumentation needed to effectively run a business

Experience presentingunbiased recommendations and creative/innovative solutions to senior leadersthat may challenge conventional wisdom
