Responsible for all outcome and KPI reporting for assigned areas at Durant Casino 7 Resort.This position will act as a partner with assigned work groups and will facilitate data driven decision making.This position will be meeting regularly with key members of Business and Program management to review reports and highlight key findings.   

Primary Tasks:

Analysis of all aspects of assigned Businesses and Programs and is providing summary reporting and recommendations to maximize overall performance.

Work closely with assigned Property Senior Leadership to identify areas or opportunity and additional ad hoc analysis and reporting gaps.

Meet with property management teams to review information and apply best practices, supported by analysis, to facilitate data driven decision making.

Analyze complex financial performance models and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control or other business decisions.

Provides input and direction into the development and monitoring of the business plan, fiscal budgets, and department operations to produce both short and long-term profitability

Provide consolidated reporting on key metrics to leadership. 

Work with Business Intelligence development team to automate reporting and analysis content for self-service consumption by business leads.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Performs special adhoc projects/reports as assigned 

Required Education, Skills and Experience: 


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, etc., Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

3 years’ experience planning and analysis in assigned discipline


Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience with computer report writing and/or database inquiry software such as SQL or equivalent

Experience building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key program decisions

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

5-7 years’ experience planning and analysis in assigned discipline
