We are looking for an Executive Director to be the Head of Merchant Services P&A. The individual will partner closely will closely support the CEO and CFO of Merchant Services and help drive the financial planning, analytics, reporting and transformation agenda. The individual will manage a team of 10 high performers and provide coaching and mentoring to junior talent. Examples of the scope of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analysis of business performance, including development and leadership of senior monthly business reviews

Lead the planning cycle, including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and analysis of variances to the plan, and capital stress testing

Ad hoc analysis of the business and business drivers.Identify opportunities for business improvement and recommend actions across the business

Analytical support for business strategy, including ownership of strategic deliverables

Work closely with other LOB P&A teams (CCB and CIB P&A team, TS P&A team)

Drive change within the P&A function, Finance & Business Management and Merchant Services

Drive efficiencies and process improvement to the P&A function

Ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting

10+ years experience in a medium to large diverse organization in Finance/Accounting and or management consulting

Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance

Experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting (P&A role)

Experience in Payments (Treasury Services, Credit Card, Commercial Card)

Ability to work across senior levels of the organization in a leadership role and drive change

Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based, has the courage to ask the tough questions and challenge the status quo and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong quantitative, critical thinking and analytic skills, excellent quantitative and analytical problem solving skills, confidence with finance and accounting concepts, understanding of financial statements, has the ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provide strong documentation

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - ability to synthesize financial information into concise, insightful and actionable recommendations comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management

Strong proficiency with PowerPoint required, proficiency with PitchPro preferred

Exceptional attention to detail related to providing accurate and timely data
