You will be assisting in driving emerging market penetration, increasing sales pipeline growth, and creating improved customer satisfaction through implementation of best practices to produce consistency in account management.

Responsible for New Logo (Hunter) and Growth (Expand) sales in a defined territory of set Accounts, the TSE works closely with the Account General Manager to build and execute the Account Strategic Sales Plan.

Job Summary:

· Responsible for validating, qualifying and closing identified Insurance Software opportunities – cross sector, but London Market experience a preference

· Demonstrable experience in understanding and validating the business challenges and converting these into solution propositions

· Proven record of delivering $5m+ application transformation and delivery sales from initiation to execution

· Responsible for assembling all required sales resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win new business.

· Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment

· Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadline

· Lead commercial and contract negotiations

· Proactively manages all resource requirements throughout deal pursuit

· Provides stability and continuity during transition from sale to delivery, to aid in smooth operational transition whilst establishing a platform to grow future business


Education and Experience Required:

· 5+ years in Insurance Application Sales, ideally with a background in multi-service-line business environment, encompassing Application Services, BPS and Digital Technology Platforms, with a focus on

· Possesses a strong understanding of what Digital and Business Process Transformations deliver to the market and the role new Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Broking and Reinsurance systems and services play in this transformation

· University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or MBA preferred

· Strong current Lloyds of London and London Commercial markets (carriers, brokers and reinsurers) a preference

· Proven ability in both New Logo (hunter) sales and Relationship Development (Farmer) experience

· Demonstrate ability to plan, manage and execute the strategic close plan

· Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets and processes, and an understanding of business management principles and practices

Knowledge and Skills Required:

· In-depth knowledge about the customer's business, strategy and challenges

· Can quickly develop knowledge of DXC 's London Market portfolio and how to integrate different solutions at a high-level to create unique and innovative solutions for the customer

· Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills with an ability to consult with executive management of London Market organisations
