Join the F-35 CNI team in a challenging, dynamic environment! As a major subcontractor on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, we produce dozens of proposals each year for development, production and sustainment programs, ranging from $50K to over $1B.
The Principal Proposal Analyst Develops, plans and schedules proposals. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical data in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments. Researches and analyzes historical data, uses cost models in support of proposal cost estimation efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in customer fact-finding meetings and government audits. Participates in pricing reviews with management.
Bachelor's degree with 6 years experience (or relevant experience) in coordinating and organizing the development and delivery of formal proposals in response to RFPs from customers.
Associate's degree with 8 years experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create templates, edit and organize text, and create graphics.
Candidates with experience in Contract orSubcontract administration, or in Pricing/Estimating will also be considered.
Development and coordination of proposals for US DoD customers.
Foundation level or higher certification in the Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) is a plus.
