The Product Director will play a critical role shaping strategy development and execution for COVID-19 Vaccine Consumer. Core responsibilities include the following:

Shape and deliver integrated consumer marketing plans, including plans for underserved populations, aligned to business goals and strategic imperatives for the approved populations.

Assist in shaping the digital strategy, tactical execution and metrics including a robust omnichannel approach that balances proven tactics and innovative approaches with a goal of efficiently and effectively delivering key messaging to the targeted consumers at the right time.

Shape consumer segmentation and journey development to identify key insights for both market opportunities and distinct campaign messaging to address vaccine hesitancy and activate consumers

Partners with HCP COVID-19 lead and Sales Learning & Development on training requirements and execution for both field sales and field medical teams and community engagement teams

Work closely with multiple functions including Government Affairs & Policy, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Commercial Insights & Strategy, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, Communications, Regulatory, HCC, Behavioral Science, and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities. 

Key components will include strategy, tactical plans, agency management, budget management, sales support materials, PRC/regulatory review, and creative/message development and execution

Responsible for budget maintenance to support financial objectives.

Continually assesses competitive landscape and responds accordingly.

Work closely with Group Product Director and Finance to ensure appropriate resources and organizational alignment are available to capitalize on short-term and long-term business opportunities.

This position reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer, COVID-19 Vaccine.  

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field is required.An MBA is preferred.  

Required Skills:

A minimum of 5 years business experience

A minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience

Agency Management Experience

Digital and Media planning

Demonstrated success in strategic and business planning, business results, and influencing without authority

Must have a demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.

Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen

Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities and demonstrate excellent communication skills

This role is located in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 25% domestic travel.
