As Product Manager III, you will report to the Director of Hematology and be responsible Product Management of new and on-market hematology products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support marketing goals and strategies of VetLab Hematology line of business (LOB)
Lead projects to support global market initiatives and commercialization of key products
Participate in new product launch teams, supporting a variety of commercial activities
Implement strategic direction for worldwide product lines consistent with overall LOB strategy
Monitor and report on all financial and other objectives for the product lines and define KPIs in line with budget goals
Define and understand customer segments, value proposition, messaging and coordinate with various commercial partners to align with commercial strategy
Assist in the management of or participation in tradeshows, webinars and other educational programs as needed.
Provide support to commercial partners on requests for information and materials.
Present to internal audiences (including executive) and/or external audience, as needed.
Coordinate with product support, engineering, supply planning, research and development, finance and OEM suppliers among others to manage projects and ensure overall product success.
Will lead a cross functional team (PMT), evaluate product performance to identify and manage escalated/critical issues.
Responsible for the product roadmap which includes identifying and advocating for key projects that will sustain and improve customer experience, save costs and or create product differentiators.Also responsible for creating, updating and maintaining customer facing product materials, and developing technical communication for global internal and external audiences.
Strong communication (written, verbal) to all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree relevant technical discipline or business. MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
Experience & Skills:
7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Ability to deliver clear, concise and accurate written and verbal communication.
Strong technical acumen. Preferred experience managing technical, medical products.
High energy and proactive problem-solving skills.
Strong execution and impact focus – including demonstrated drive, initiative, break through thinking, and situationally agility.
Ability to lead, energize and mentor large, complex teams and projects, instilling confidence.
Influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions
Strong/advanced presentation skills; ability to develop creative PowerPoint content, present and explain product information to all audiences
Integrity, authenticity, and a strong work ethic.
Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with strong communication skills in a heavily matrixed organization
Work under limited supervision with latitude for independent judgment
