Meta seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about e-commerce, mobile advertising, technology, and innovation to join our Business Product Marketing team, focused on Meta’s inventory management products for businesses. In this role, you will identify key market requirements/opportunities and establish world-class go-to-market strategies that unlock those opportunities. You will work most closely with product and engineering teams along with cross-functional partners like sales leadership, marketing, and partnership teams. You will have three main focus areas: - Partner closely with product and engineering leads to drive strategic direction, product development and adoption across our commerce data infrastructure products - Lead the growth strategy for these products and establish world-class go-to-market strategies, partnering with other product teams within the org - Identify long term market opportunities to unlock new commerce products focused on leveraging Facebook and Instagram’s core capabilities

Product Marketing Manager, Catalog Responsibilities

  • Lead market assessment to identify new product opportunities and represent voice of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis

  • Aggregate, distill and prioritize product feedback from multiple sales and partnership channels

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering, bringing an understanding of business needs and outline the requirements of the market to inform the product roadmap

  • Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan to support product launches and scaled adoption

  • Test and launch new products in market and lead comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, product documentation, and sales collateral

  • Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. PR, product and engineering stakeholders, channel marketing) to deliver products to the market

  • Represent BPM and the voice of the market in product leadership forums

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree

  • 10+ years experience in software or internet technology, e-commerce platforms, product management, strategy consulting or investment banking

  • Knowledge of mobile advertising and/or ecommerce

  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical ability, excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrable experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

  • Experience at leadership level with e-commerce businesses, marketplaces or digital advertising platforms

  • Experience launching or scaling business requirements with international teams/agencies or launching products in-market for retail businesses
