Responsible to drive the business to deliver the revenue targets and KPIs to meet the overall GTS business objectives.
Align with the respective RMs on the overall account plan and customer segment targets.
Work with the Relationship Managers, GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O and relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.
Support the network by translating the referrals into revenue.
Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements
Master Degree/University Degree education level, preferable majored in Business Management/Economics/Finance .
Good command of English with the ability to read/write/speak Chinese.
Credit experience/knowledge (preferred)
P&L responsibilities in the GTS business as a sales specialist with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong GTS product knowledge with strong sales and commercial orientation.
Able to perform in a matrix organization in a regional structure with good alignment skills.
Good inter-personal skills
Good team player.
