The Program Manager, Marketing Programs is responsible for end-to-end program management of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and resourceful, team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills, and has a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and changing business environment. This role will report to the Director, Global Marketing Programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and manage complex programs that support ongoing marketing workstreams and strategic initiatives

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders – both in and outside the marketing team – taking end-to-end program ownership and ensuring its success

  • Responsible for all phases of the program management lifecycle including inception and planning, time and resource allocation, execution, adoption and ongoing support

  • Be the process engineer – understand stakeholder requirements and needs, spot inefficiencies and gaps before they become blockers, set and enforce deliverable schedule, align and manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure on-time and in-scope program delivery

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create and document program plans including scope, requirements, bill of materials, goals, RACI’s, agendas and action plans

  • Responsible for risk mitigation, change management, and resolution

  • Develop and maintain program status and reporting to stakeholders and leadership

  • Demonstrate the ability to comfortably navigate ambiguity, take initiative and work closely with project leads to deliver strategic insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations based on business analyses

  • Work with peers to compile, communicate and share learnings that guide future program execution and standards

Who we’re looking for:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management or equivalent

  • Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS or other IT environments is a big plus

  • Someone who is experienced in end-to-end program management and:

    • is process-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    • has strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a diverse corporate environment

    • is detail- and action-oriented

    • has a track record of successfully leading large/complex programs

    • Marketing experience is preferred

  • Display proficiency and confidence in communication and managing relationships to drive collaboration

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products, familiarity with program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Project, and Jira

  • Demonstrated program management experience managing various deliverables among many stakeholder groups in different time zones

  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility and rapport

  • Able to demonstrate innovation, successfully tackling challenges in new and creative ways in often-stressful, deadline-intensive environments

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred

  • BA or BS in marketing, business management, operations management or related field
