BAE’s Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to lead a strategic program in the production and delivery of world class Electronic Warfare capabilities. Reporting into our Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line, this role will be based in Nashua, NH. The SFFS product line is experiencing significant top line growth as we expand our leadership position in the market. This role will require production knowledge to operate in a fast paced production environment balancing commitments, affordability, and our supply base challenges with an aggressive build plan. This business opportunity will exceed $200M in orders over several years.

Lead a multi-functional program team including engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure on time delivery of quality hardware to a key customer.

Accountable for all aspects of production program execution (cost, schedule, technical, quality, and affordability targets) and ensuring program commitments are met.

Responsible and accountable to Product Line leadership for program execution, financial commitments, schedules and overall program success.

Act as primary point of contact between BAE Systems and the customer program office, suppliers, and key customer stakeholders.

Cultivate strong customer relationships at various levels with the US government and prime contractors and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and confidence in BAE Systems.

Demonstrate leadership across the program, leading by example and driving program performance excellence.

Foster a culture of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and continuous improvement to deliver affordable, effective, and dependable SFF solutions.

Measure and regularly report out on program results to company leadership.

Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.

Required Skills and Education

Typically a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including leading technical and program teams through a production phase.

Experience building customer relationships and the ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries.

Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve results.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.

Preferred Skills and Education

TS clearance.

PMP certification.
