You will be concerned with the strategy, structure, and operations in digitalization/aftersales. You will identify options for the organization and suggest recommendations for change and then implement solutions. You will bring people together who can make decisions and will keep relevant parties informed throughout the process. Your Key Responsibilities


You will set-up, lead, manage and implement key aftersales strategic initiatives/ projects

You will manage internal and external employees to deliver project in time and in budget

You will effectively manage day-to-day projects to meet defined gate reviews and milestones in the areas of digitalization and/or linked to operational initiatives either in the Parts or Technical Service

You will prepare project plans and obtain management approval of the project plan

You will ensure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities

You will apply project resources according to the approved project plan

You will analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities as well as establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action


Requirements:


You have university/master’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration

You have at least 5 years in business consulting or other relevant project management experience

You have a proven track record of leading and managing digital transformation projects within a comparable business in a relevant industry would be a plus

You have good financial analysis skills (business case development, KPI definition)

You have strong experience with Agile and/or Scrum (Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other equivalent certifications is a plus)

You have strong team leader capabilities and the ability to motivate and lead project teams

You have strong competences in process design and control

You have proven project management experience (methodologies and tools) and communication skills

You are willing to travel and work across Europe as required on project implementations

You have fluent English and German language skills
