This is a key, highly visible position that demonstrates integrity and accountability while overseeing the Payments Delivery team responsible for payment delivery. Reports directly to the Director, Payments. 


What you will do for IGT:


Develop, improve, maintain and document workflows and business processes to improve department delivery performance, decrease delivery costs and time, improve overall quality results, and ensure ability to scale

Work collaboratively with project managers and delivery analysts on delivery implementations

Responsible for all ensuring all client payment and related merchant account setups, related due diligence requirements and required updates with third party payment service providers are met

Interact with technology, project managers and third parties in the requirements and implementation of technical improvements to benefit the program

Coordinate Project Deliverables from Responsible Team lead’s (e.g. Fraud and Funds Manager)

Ensure Payments team service scope and requirements are clearly defined and understood by project and related service teams

Coordinate access and payment team SME’s accountable for QA system testing

Work closely with the front-line teams to quickly resolve any QA or production issues

Design and deliver reporting to communicate status and issues to management and customers in a timely manner and escalate issues appropriately 

Ensure awareness of project team to ensure operational support model for payments by accountable business unit. 

Recruit and maintain a highly skilled and engaged team by developing talent, coaching, training performance monitoring and performance evaluations


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Information Technology) or equivalent experience

Experience supporting complex operations or programs that include end-to-end service delivery and support, with a focus on providing superior customer service and driving results

The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and have experience implementing process change and improvements

5 years of experience managing resources 

Must Understand technical flows between multiple payment providers, systems and banks

Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including executive managers and vendors and excel in large, complex, matrixed organization 

Demonstrated leadership skills, including decision-making, conflict resolution, ability to lead and continuously develop highly engaged teams is required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present across all levels of the organization

Strong working knowledge of the financial industry, card processing, card networks, and operations, including an understanding of interchange and other card fee structures, preferred

JIRA experience is a plus

Ability to travel domestically 25%
