Keystone has kicked off a multi-year revenue growth plan that our transforming economy has only accelerated, and as a result we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us identify the next generation of consulting leadership. As a Recruiter on the Keystone Recruiting team, you will partner with peers who are passionate about attracting the very best talent to work alongside our amazing colleagues. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences to our candidates and employees, while building practices and processes that will scale with our firm.
In this role, you will support a diverse range of positions including Consultants, Economists, and Technology Consultants who will go on to become future Partners at the firm. Your work will include expectation and relationship management with internal executives, building new talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, talent selection, offer management, and closing. Being intrinsically motivated, you’ll collaborate with your peers to improve our operational excellence and implement new recruiting best practices.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years of recruiting or strategic sourcing experience required
- Technology or management consulting industry experience is preferred
- In-house full lifecycle recruiting experience is preferred
- Clear and effective communicator with a passion for customer service
- Demonstrated experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter successfully for strategic sourcing
- Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and able to manage multiple complex projects
- Comfort with ambiguity and sharp problem-solving skills
