We are seeking an outstanding, highly motivated researcher to join a hardworking team of entrepreneurs. The right candidate will be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and possess a passion for Internet start-ups. Reliability is a huge part of this job – you must be serious about contributing to the growth of this company. The ideal candidate will have the willingness to contribute the 110% that is needed to be successful.
Some of the day to day responsibilities of this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Maintain active communication with team leader on all talent acquisition projects
- Participate in some client status calls and daily internal team meetings
- Collaborate with research & recruiting team on external messaging, outreach, reports, and data analytics
- Source and recommend qualified candidates
- Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates
- Assist talent acquisition team on market intelligence client projects
- Responsible for data entry
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Well versed in social media (i.e. LinkedIn)
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
Well organized, detail oriented
Passionate about research and being part of a collaborative team
Proactive, positive and friendly personality
Depending on Experience (base plus incentive bonus)
