Work jointly with global product marketers to identify global product strategy and content, which he/she will need to customize for the Latin America region working closely with the LATAM product market managers and sales product managers.
Regional Marking Manager will develop and deliver on a regional execution plan to increase awareness of Citi and enhance perceptions of the business overall as an innovative provider of leading products and excellent client services by:
Developing insightful content such as case studies, thought leadership pieces in written, video and podcast formats
Developing content for client pitch decksper product, per segment, per country and per ecosystem with the ultimate goal to be used in client meetings and RFPs processes
Leading and preparing regional pitches for industry awards and polls that illustrate industry leadership and commitment; contribute to global pitches for overall industry recognition
Influencing brand messaging and execution at aregional level, representing TTS' stakeholder and client perspectives
Lead internal trainings campaigns for the regional and local sales force, which include developing podcasts working in collaboration with the regional product and sales teams. Main goal will be to make training easy to digest, help facilitate origination and be easy to access, on-the-go and from a mobile device.
Lead the go-to-market, new product/capability launch campaigns in Latin America. The marketing manager will be responsible for leveraging the global TTS marketing product launch framework and customize as needed for the LATAM market. The marketing manager will need to develop product promo videos, demos, infographics, Q&As, product guides, pitches and communication campaigns.Measuring the campaign’s impact using metrics will be key.
Own the process development and management of:
Policies and procedures to ensure that Regional Marketing remains in compliance with all regional/local legal and compliance requirement as well as brand standards.
Serve as the department’s regional point of contact with the Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security, etc. teams across TTS.
Recommending and implementing business process improvements to improve efficiency, effectiveness and enhance the experience of the clients the department services
BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Minimum of 5 years marketing or communications experience in banking or a services sector.
Fluent in English and Spanish a must. Portuguese is a plus.
Must possess excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Spanish, as well as understand the special consideration for writing for the Web. Proofreading and blogging experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Understanding of the Treasury and Trade Solutions product suite is necessary.
Must have strong communication skills to provide clear, detailed creative direction and create content for all marketing initiatives and communications.
Strong affinity for digital technology and insight into trends and advancements with web, social media and personal hand-held application-based technology.
Excellent project management skills: highly organized, deadline driven, able to manage executional details, intricate budgets and cross-functional teams.
Possess a proactive, positive and highly collaborative attitude.
Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think creatively and use sound judgment when making business decisions. Always looking on how we can improve current processes and how we can innovate what we do.
Desire to continually challenge oneself and drive marketing programs to the next level.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. InDesign would be a plus.
