Own and deliver against inbound-MNC Sales targets and Top line revenue target across different products including Treasury Services, FX, Derivatives, Commodities, Loans and Trade

Build and maintain relationships with key partners in other lines of business to generate leads and maximise cross-sell of in-scope products and bundled solutions

Work closely with product partners to deliver JPMorgan in full

Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers in Client Service, Implementation and Operations to ensure coordinated management of client relationships

Ensure core disciplines around pipeline management, including proactive management of conversion cycles and revenue ramp up, participate in weekly sales meetings, local deal reviews, pipeline analysis and reporting

Ensure a strong Risk & Control framework is maintained with an ongoing focus on adherence to KYC, AML, GFCC, PAD, PEP and Reputation Risk standards

Promote the needs of Australian and New Zealand clients with local and regional product partners

Knowledge/Experience Required: 

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline

At least ten years of Corporate Banking sales/relationship management experience in a complex matrix organization

In-depth knowledge of Credit, Markets, Trade and Cash Management services and products including collections, payments, account structures, and liquidity management

Deep product/solution set knowledge relevant to the market and demonstrated track record of success

Strong client contacts and industry knowledge especially with Asian inbound-multinational companies operating in Australia and New Zealand

Demonstrated ability to manage client risk dynamics and drive team to manage risks, work with internal partners and clients to implement balanced risk/reward relationship
