SAP DBS increasingly supports the customers with designing and optimizing of business-critical core processes for strategic, economic and technologic purposes. Prerequisite for maximizing the success of our customer are best-in-class operation procedures supporting our internal business processes.
The mission of the DBS Services Delivery team is to help the business in driving simplicity, mitigating risk and lowering total cost of operation to release investment for future optimization and innovation.
The SAP S/4HANA MOVE Program is a cross board initiative to drive the SAP S/4HANA adoption globally. Target is to help our customers to move their legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA. This is the foundation for our customers to turn their business into an Intelligent Enterprise. The MOVE Team ensures the execution of the initiative according to given targets and run an effective governance across all levels of the organization.
SAP DBS supports the program with a wide range of activities, e.g. streamlining and enhancing our tools set (e.g. Transformation Navigator, Readiness Check, Custom Code remediation, and many more), enriching our service portfolio and delivery approach - leveraging our factories. Furthermore, we want to support our partners with simple & well established enablement- and support models – the “How” should not be an issue for any customer anymore.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Ability to solve complex business and IT related issues of our customers
Analysis of Finance & Performance Management (F&PM) organizations and their processes
Evaluation of innovation and improvement potential with a focus on F&PM
Development and execution of Digital Finance roadmaps for Finance Transformation into hybrid landscapes based on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions
Strong intercultural skills with the ability work in multi-national teams in virtual and matrix organizations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
Proven track record in Finance and Performance Management
Preparation and implementation of workshops and presentations (e.g. at C-Level)
Hands-on experience with SAP products, esp. S/4HANA (Finance), FIORI
Analysis and redesign of business processes in SAP FI/CO and cloud based Finance applications
(Senior) practitioner in Management Consulting methodologies, concepts and procedures, esp. agile project methodology
Proven track record in defining and delivering SAP centered Finance Transformation in an international environment
Understanding of trends in F&PM and their impact on CFO and IT strategies with specific focus on current and future SAP solutions with proven ability to combine technological experience and know how with functional expertise
Creativity and eagerness to translate trends into customer solutions based on SAP applications
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong problem solving abilities & out-of-the box thinking
Track record of leading multi-national SAP related business transformation projects (Senior & Principal)
Fluent in German and English
