Develop business plan for both short and long term profitable sales growth, in line with local strategy.
Lead and motivate Sales team to successfully execute the business plan.
Successfully negotiate annual contracts with customers.
Maximize product assortment in respective customers by listing compulsory Stock Keeping Units, including new products and brands.
Develop and implement Promotions with customers, coordinating with Marketing.
Lead and manage dealers to make their performance in line with company’s strategy and objectives.
Keep searching for new growth opportunities for the company in terms of channel and distribution.
Report on sales forecast, sales results, sales trend, inventory, return, etc.
Share market intelligence and business issues with relevant people (Management, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to draw proper strategy for the company.
Holding a bachelor's degree, MBA is an asset,
Minimum 10 years management experience in sales
Business and results oriented with proven negotiation skills
Self-starter, flexible, able to work autonomously whilst respecting business guidelines and in a good teamwork spirit,
Dynamic and able to work in an international network,
Stronger organizing and team building ability, be able to lead subordinates completing tasks successfully.
