The Securities Services E2E Onboarding Simplification initiative is a multi-year program focused on delivering a best in class client onboarding experience through streamlining the onboarding steps and providing full transparency into the onboarding lifecycle for our internal and external stakeholders.As a Senior Business Analyst for the Securities Services End to End Onboarding Simplification initiative you will analyze business requirements and review/produce well documented and approved functional requirements / specifications.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise wide projects
Technically proficient using MS Office Suite, SQL, JIRA, Sharepoint.
Strong understanding and practical experience in AGILE SDLC and working effectively with Agile Development teams
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise functional and technical specifications and detailed user stories
Proven project management and time management skills and experience in managing several projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems with demonstrated ability to translate business needs or requests into insightful analytics
Strong process management orientation with a proven ability to deliver results
Strong data analysis background, ability to integrate data, correlate and find data trends, must be analytical
Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global teams
Able to have flexible work hours to support projects across multiple time zones
Ability to meet strict deadlines and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with business process analysis (BPMN) and process re-engineering desired
Ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes
Previous Financial services industry experience supporting a large, sophisticated, institutional client base strongly desired, with prior first-hand experience and appreciation client onboarding / off-boarding and user entitlements a major plus.
