Strategy: set Waystar’s go-to-market priorities in partnership with executive leadership based on market intelligence, business performance, and corporate priorities and resources
Performance: demonstrate fanatical focus on business and program performance based on launched initiatives to guide prioritization and influence ROI of efforts. Design strategies to increase net revenue and customer profitability in partnership with product, growth, client operations and the broader team. Coordinate go-to-market execution with the sales team, and continuously manage performance metrics and outcome
People Leadership: lead and empower a multi-faceted team of solution strategists, product marketers and sales enablement
Market intelligence: intimately understand the market opportunity, product penetration, buyer personas and buying criteria, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategies
Creativity: embody creativity to enable the development and deployment of storytelling of our value to the health system and hospital market
Evangelism: Evangelize the value of Waystar at marketing events, client meetings, and executive briefings
Leadership: work cross-organizationally to partner and influence strategic decisions to positively impact Waystar’s direction and success

Experience in strategy, product marketing, sales, and/or solution consulting
Bachelor’s degree or higher
