The Sr. Director, DTC General Management will drive organizational strategy and projects to completion by streamlining initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives across the organization. Success in this role will be evident when the most important projects, tasks, and priorities are sharply accelerated.
Based on the GM's objectives and goals develop and maintain "must accomplish" priorities for the next week, month, and quarter, and working with the GM, ensure clear ownership and work-back plans.
Lead and execute key projects, take personal ownership and drive to completion.
Attend key meetings with the GM and accelerate critical next steps through quick and thoughtful follow-up.
Serve at the GMs representative in senior meetings that the GM cannot attend, using high judgment and EQ as required.
Serve as a resource and point of escalation for the GM's direct reports and key dotted line relationships across the organization, particularly when the GM is unavailable due to meeting schedules, business travel, etc.
Actively work to evolve this role to be most effective, expanding scope if needed and determining staffing needs over time
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
10 years' experience with direct to consumer platforms and/or experience managing programs.
Proven success in building professional relationships with key stakeholders across complex organizations.
Must be a low ego, team player who can effectively navigate a complex environment where consensus may not always be possible.
Proactive, precise and nuanced communicator in person, verbally and in writing.
Detail-oriented while also able to maintain relevant awareness of the broader context and higher-level organizational goals.
Analytical problem-solver who can anticipate issues and articulate potential options and their respective trade-offs.
Consistent track record of exercising excellent judgment in wide variety of professional situations.
