Duties and Responsibilities – You will…

In partnership with SVP HR/L&D, oversee corporate Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Coaching; manage day-to-day operations of the team and related activities

Lead the SiriusXM Pandora’s Learning & Development and performance management strategy, to include:

building and marketing a top notch Center of Excellence,

identifying business needs relative to leadership and people development, and

creating further demand for the function within the organization

Provide structure and best practices for Talent Management: Calibrations, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, 360 Feedback, and High-Potential Programs to accelerate Leadership Development

Consult and influence key stakeholders across the Company

Support the business in driving change management initiatives as it relates to organizational effectiveness

Partner with the business to support department off-sites, team-building and organizational development

Design and deliver training programs, team development and internal coaching as needed

Collaborate cross functionally to balance scale with customization when implementing organizational effectiveness programs. Your partners include:

Supervisory Responsibilities – Who you will lead…

This role manages a team of Learning & Development facilitators and content creators, and will also manage external training vendors and relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years within Learning & Development within a corporate environment: Training, Facilitating, Organizational Development with all modalities and methods of training delivery (i.e., in person, virtual, and/or hybrid approaches); must understand the connection between business initiatives/objectives and learning and development within the organization

Bachelors required; Advanced degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, HR, MBA or comparable field experience preferred

Experience coaching leaders and high-potentials; credentialed executive coach certification required

Experience with 360 feedback instruments and psychometric assessments; LVI, NBI and/or Hogan certifications a plus

Knowledge of effective external training partners/vendors in a wide variety of subjects and skill development

3+ yrs. managing a team

Requirements and General Skills:

Confident speaking in public with strong presentation and facilitation skills

Strong virtual presence and able to command a virtual audience

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and develop productive working relationships

Consultative approach in influencing leaders on both tactical and strategic initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor to wide audiences

Able to work autonomously but knows when to ask for help and input

Can effectively manage ambiguity and comfortable creating a roadmap where one may not currently exist

Ability to work cross functionally

Attention to detail without losing sight of big picture

Commitment to “internal client” and customer service

Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects

Technical Skills – Tech Savvy in…

Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Survey tools such as Qualtrics and Perceptyx a plus
