ConsumerTrack, Inc is looking for a Sr Director of Analytics to lead overall strategic analytics and data initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for leading and developing the current Analytics team to execute on ConsumerTrack’s strategic goals to make data-driven business decisions based on a robust data platform empowering analytic insights.
Lead the vision for the Analytics team and educate cross-functional teams on how to leverage data to identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
Identify and quantify business drivers, KPIs, and metrics to help determine media spend decisions, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation.
Confirm wins by measuring quantitative impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analysis to solve specific business questions (and guide stakeholders to ask the right questions) and derive actionable recommendations in an easy to digest manner.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, attract and retain additional analysts to support growing parts of the business.
Execute optimization efforts with A/B testing, measurement methodology, frameworks, use cases, and process docs. Continue to learn about our audience for segmentation and personalization.
Provide quantitative models and techniques, decision support tools and analysis, data visualization to influence positive and tangible change in the business
Design algorithms and heuristic models to further efforts to automate product optimization
Support client teams by validating client and media partner data, ensuring data quality and timeliness of ingests. Partner with Sales and Ops teams to recommend tracking and tagging methodology.
Establish center of excellence for data-driven recommendations, prioritize business needs across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Media, and Product teams.
Increase adoption of the platform through training and documentation.
Consult and collaborate with stakeholders across diff levels and skill sets, present findings and align cross-functional teams to execute against the same set of recommendations
Guide decisions on data infrastructure, platforms, tools, and tracking strategy
BS or MS in Computer Science or Statistics or related quantitative field (mathematics, computer science, operations research, engineering)
10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, FPA, consulting
7+ years of leading a team of analysts and a willingness to be a coach and player
Solid track record of influencing positive organizational change, orchestrating a major change in business strategy or process, and/or impacting culture
Excellent communication in to a wide audience and different levels, including ability to take complex problems and convert to data-driven solutions, data visualizations, and algos to documents that can be handed over to engineering to implement
Experience learning and developing data science skills (advanced modeling skills)
Experience in database management, using SQL queries; experience with statistical forecasting, pattern recognition, time series analysis, proficiency with statistics and programming languages is preferred.
Experience applying analytic skills to a project, from the early stages of solution generation, algorithm design, and prototyping to tasks like input data cleanup, model building, process rollout and implementation.
