Job Description

  • Sets team/division priorities, goals and direction to ensure all projects and/or deliverables are delivered on time with quality

  • Maintains a deep understanding of the company’s products and processes inside and out while training others 

  • Identifies and drives key initiatives to support efficiency gains and reduce efforts required to fulfill division objectives 

  • Develops and maintains strong customer relationships, both internal and external as needed

  • Anticipates problems before they are problems, taking corrective actions and escalating as needed in order to achieve commitments

  • Trains, motivates, and evaluates Team members to ensure processes and practices are correctly followed

  • Defines, monitors, and reviews metrics that drive operational improvement and allow for KPI monitoring. Prepare and present reports and metrics to management

  • Ensures onboarding of team/division employees is held to the highest standard

  • Builds and develops a culture that welcomes and grows employees during their employment at Medable

  • Oversees continuous improvement projects

  • Embodies a culture of open and honest communication and feedback, while ensuring others on the team do the same

  • Assists with closing sales opportunities as needed

  • Other duties as assigned


  • 12+ years working in Client Management and/or software implementations

  • Managing and guiding complex and competing priorities 

  • Delegation of duties and workloads

  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership

  • Excellent communicators both orally and in writing

  • Expert technical skills with the willingness to continually learn and knowledge share

  • Expertise in customer service practices

  • Process enhancement skills

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Detailed knowledge of Medable's software 

  • Tensured experience leading and managing teams and/or team members

  • Experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies 

  • Experience working in the clinical trial industry (prefered)

  • Mentoring skills of all levels

  • Experience using Salesforce, Visio/Lucid Chart, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Smartsheets
