The Implementation Team is responsible for consulting, building, developing and launching of client websites and supplemental products within our family of products.This is a fast-paced environment constantly balancing velocity, quality and client service to ensure client success.

The Senior Director is responsible for managing our Website Implementation organization with the primary mission of launching sustainable & successful partnerships with our clients and reports directly to the AVP, OEM Program Management.They will provide strategic direction to ensure the team is providing maximum value to the Business in the most efficient manner.The Sr. Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximizes efficiency of tools, resources, and processes while fostering a team environment that supports accountability and employee morale. The Sr. Director is also responsible for developing and maintaining a departmental structure that ensures achievement of the department’s goals in a cost-effective manner.This position is responsible for ensuring monthly and yearly revenue targets are achieved while ensuring application of a successful level of quality assurance that maximizes client contact.A high degree of financial understanding in a revenue activation business application is required.

To be successful in this position, the Sr. Director, must possess excellent communication skills, embrace challenges, think strategically, be highly credible, and be comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly evolving objectives. A proven track record of building high-level relationships is required. The Sr. Director, must possess strategic thinking capabilities and a deep focus on customer service with a high degree of client contact, including managing client care situations. 

The ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and empowerment, which relies on good judgment, decision-making, fairness, and risk-taking is critical.Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as LEAN/Six Sigma/etc are highly encouraged.

This leader must also be proficient in understanding all aspects of the software/systems and operations (with on the job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications) and requires an in-depth understanding of the application architecture.  


Oversees the Website Implementation team and their responsibilities.Works closely with senior leadership on continual process improvement and organizational change to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Ensures that team organization, individual development, and communication are aligned with the company vision.  

Builds high-performing, accountable teams while fostering inter-team collaboration and productivity.  

Monitors and ensures the holistic health of the department by evaluating and improving as necessary:

Customer and internal perception

Structure and strategy

Standards and goal setting

Processes and procedures

Staffing and education

IT systems

Metrics and reporting

Budgets and planning

Implements, measures and reports on the execution strategy defined for the team.Execution includes delivery of planned work, with deliverables that meet or exceed company standards with respect to quality, scalability, and reliability.  

Effectively communicates and collaborates with key stakeholders when either scope or timeline of projects require modification.

Tracks and measures project work and programs to assess overall success. Reports monthly and quarterly to upper management on key metrics and KPI’s.

Responsible for ensuring the team’s overall morale and productivity remain high

Drive the use of performance metrics to measure success and drive improvement

Ensure department’s involvement in company change management processes

Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, capabilities of the latest technology, and the potential impact on our business

Assist in effectively communicating the value and initiatives of Website Implementation internally and externally

Supervise, mentor and evaluate the department’s management team

Develop, test, and maintain an up-to-date business continuity plan for the department

Provide guidance, leadership, and feedback to help the teams deliver the highest quality projects and services to the client base.

Engage in leadership meetings to review performance reports, as well as service improvement and revenue opportunities.

Build relationships with partners to assist with proactive process improvements and service

Be an active participant and member of the OEM Program Management leadership team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field required or a minimum of 8 years or relevant work experience

8+ years working within software implementation

5+ years managing managers

5+ years working application of process improvement methodologies

Strong executive communication skills

MBA preferred

PMP preferred

Willingness to travel 15%-20% (primarily to offices in Dallas, Kansas City, Burlington VT)•


Experience with business drivers and how those relate to project delivery

Technical Aptitude:  Advanced knowledge of Internet applications and protocols (web browsers, email, http, ftp).Knowledge of web display languages (html, CSS) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Risk/Opportunity Management:Must have the ability to identify risks and opportunities from multiple perspectives (revenue, legal and client relationship).
