The role of the Senior District Director is to manage a team of 6-8 Brand Ambassadors who are responsible to foster growth and brand engagement within a defined territory (aka ‘district’) with both existing and potential new franchisees alike. Through this team, the Senior District Director will develop and deploy the strategies that drive Coldwell Banker to achieve its key strategic initiatives.
This role will support the South/Central region of the United States and the individual must reside in the territory.
Responsible for the achievement of the overall pre-determined Coldwell Banker performance goals for pre-determined district by driving relationships with affiliates and successful delivery of servicing by the Brand Ambassadors.
Daily supervision and development of 6-8, Brand Ambassadors operating within a defined geographic territory.
Providing District support of franchise sales efforts with Coldwell Banker franchise sales Managing Regional Vice President(s) and Coldwell Banker Strategic Growth/Seller Strategy efforts.
Ensures that the overarching goals and initiatives of the brand are being incorporated into routine visits of the Brand Ambassadors; including but not limited to: Brand Engagement growth (tools and systems), recruiting growth, succession planning and seller strategy.
Works with the Sr District Director of Strategic Growth to assist coordination of franchisee renewals and term extensions within their pre-determined district.Also assisting with exit strategies of affiliates in pre-determined district.
Maintain mastery with the brand’s business tools and systems and provides coaching and acts as a resource for the Brand Ambassadors when necessary on real estate business operational situations.i.e. Business Plan, Recruiting, Succession Planning, Productivity and Profitability
Responsible for hiring and assist in orienting and training New Brand Ambassadors within District
B.S./B.A. is recommended
10+ years of real estate experience combined with a demonstrated history of driving performance improvement.
Experience with residential real estate growth strategies, including; mergers & acquisitions, roll-ins, and large agent recruitment strategies a plus.
3+ years of direct management experience of either a territory based field staff in a franchised environment or equivalent team.
Candidate must reside within the specified territory and within 1 one-hour drive of a major international airport
Ability to set goals, targets and objectives and to facilitate and measure results
Demonstrated client focused capabilities
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Superior presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to develop and deliver mini seminars both live and via virtual technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel®
