The primary responsibility of the Senior Facilities Project Manager in Design and Construction of FPDC is to provide program management of the Facility Renewal Plan, the Facility Condition Assessment and the CRR/FRM multi-year project projection.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Facility Renewal PlanFacility Renewal Plan: Participate as a co-leader in the FY16 Facility Renewal Action Plan in developing a comprehensive strategy for identifying improvement and maintenance for institutional facilities.
Facility Condition AssessmentFacility Condition Assessment: Provide program management services in implementing a pilot program for facility condition assessments with a selected vendor.
CRR/FRM CRR/FRM Projections: Provide a 3 to 5 year projection of CRR/FRM projects and expenses specific to each FM Division including AFCO, Patient Care and Research Facilities. Coordinate information between FPDC Design and Engineer, Project Managers and Planners in addition to O&M Directors and Associate Vice Presidents and Executive Directors. The 3 to 5 year plan to include Tasks and FARs to address long term goals for building systems and asset replacements including aesthetic renewal, furniture and equipment.

Required:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or other construction related Architectural Engineering field or related discipline. Five years of project management/construction experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
