The Senior Identity Architect will…
Leverage industry best practices and technologies to design and develop Identity Access Management (IAM) architectures / solutions for complex on-premise and cloud-based environments.
Be the go-to Subject Matter Expert on efficient and effective cloud-based identity techniques.
Analyze and define process requirements to support identity requirements.
Define and enforce policy and standards for access controls across multiple on-premise and cloud environments.
Design and implement solutions and services for IAM that will allow business requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization.
Assess technical capabilities for various IAM services and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Mentor and train Business Group employees on IAM concepts and solutions.
Create, modify, and maintain IAM reference architectures.
Advise senior management on IAM-related risks and security posture.
Work closely with Senior Cyber Security Manager, Portfolio IAM Architect, and other key stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years Active Directory
5+ years Azure AD
Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
Extensive experience with IAM, Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.), Directory as a Service (DaaS) and Identity as a Service (IDaaS).
Strong knowledge of industry-leading IAM tools and prior experience working on OpenID Connect, 2FA/MFA, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
Deep understanding of Cloud-native authentication mechanisms.
Experience with Privileged Access Management and credential management tools like Privileged Identity, CyberArk, etc.
Scripting knowledge including bash, PowerShell, python etc.
Cross-functional expertise in multiple Information Security domains (IAM, Cloud, Virtualization technologies, Data Privacy, Encryption, Operations, Securing Large Scale Platforms, AI-driven Security Intelligence, Security Training, etc.)
Active engagement and contributions to the cybersecurity community via security related forums, blogs, security conferences, white papers, etc.
Determination and passion to learn, experiment and shape the future of security in connected technologies.
Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Cloud Architect, CISSP.
Understanding/Knowledge of global frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO, FIPS, GDPR, DFARS, etc.
Strong working knowledge of DevOps and working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
