Our Internal Network Support (INS) team needs to have a subject matter expert to lead the automation effort for the IT Infrastructure organization. This employee will have the overall responsibility of producing and implementing our automation strategy as well as developing processes and training within INS.

Provide expert technical direction in the analysis of multiple and complex systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media. Partner and collaborate with others in the resolution of interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of technical solutions utilizing expertise learned from multiple and complex client environments. Consult and assess industry advances in technical system technologies.

The Main Responsibilities

Document administration procedures/instructions/DR plans

Define and provide administration for the Queue Manager, Queues, Channels, Process Definitions for midrange and mainframe environments

Interface with project and application teams providing support of the IBM MQ/Message Broker platforms

Provide architecture guidance to project teams and application teams

Provide guidance for planning andof IBM WebSphere MQ/Message Broker components to project teams and System Administrators

Design and implement of new services

Proactively manage and maintain server systems

Administer and support core Microsoft technologies

Administer and support core Citrix technologies

Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans

Define and document best practices and support procedures

24 X 7 X 365 systems’ monitoring and on-site availability if required

Mentor / cross-train team members on existing and new technologies

Carry out special tasks at Management’s direction

Participate in the team’s on-call support rotation

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Skills:

 Json, Ansible, Python, Unix and Jinja2skills

Must be familiar with working with APIs for calling automation

Large-Enterprise experience in the following technologies:

Windows Server (2003 /2008/2012) & Desktop (7/8/10)

Active Directory / Group Policy / DHCP / DNS / DFS

Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 / Office 365 design and engineering experience

Microsoft Lync Server 2013 & Skype for business

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010/2013 backend design & implementation

Microsoft SQL Server engineering knowledge

Windows scripting - PowerShell / VBScript

Disaster recovery strategies

Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies

Strong documentation & communication skills

Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

A broad range of technical skills with a strong desire to constantly expand skillset

Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete goals independently

Must be a team-player

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience with typically 8+ years Enterprise level support and design experience. Strong experience in operations and application administration & design
