iRhythm is seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership Development with experience in transforming current and future leaders.Reporting to our Head of Learning and Development, you will be a thought partner to executive and functional business leaders and collaborate across the People Experience function.This individual will also develop and lead programs and initiatives to build, scale, and reimagine talent management at iRhythm.Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include:
Build, socialize and maintain the Leadership Development strategy formed by a deep understanding of the current state of learning and development and relevant world-class best practices being implemented globally.
Design and deliver extraordinary, engaging learning experiences ranging from foundational curriculums to targeted programs for high potential or specialized business needs.
Responsible for assessing, crafting and delivering the curricula that establishes the standard for leadership perfection.
Lead and execute a wide range of leadership development solutions and learning programs that position our culture as an enabler of performance.
Create and lead a dynamic emerging leader program that supports our global growth; including new manager onboarding and succession planning efforts.
Plan and execute quarterly Executive and leadership offsite meetings.
Drive key efforts by communicating, educating, and influencing with business and HR leaders.
Keep abreast of cutting edge organization, leadership, and learning theories, applications, and tools.
Engage and advise leadership teams and HR Business Partners regularly to gain understanding of company objectives, key initiatives, and organizational challenges.
Define metrics for successful evaluation of programs around fulfillment of audience needs and relevant business drivers within functions.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree or advanced studies in leadership development, instructional design, or related field preferred.
A minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience developing and leading leadership assessment, feedback, and development programs.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience designing, implementing and leading organization development, talent management, and/or change initiatives.
Strong experience managing and driving 360 leader competency assessments.
Exceptional project and program management experience required.
Certified in leadership development programs or assessments is highly desirable.
Outstanding social, communication and presentation skills. Influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills to champion and maintain collaborative relationships.
Experience developing and implementing leadership development and coaching programs that led to successful leadership growth.
Demonstrated track record of exceptional instructional curriculum design experience, including remote, blended, and micro learning solutions.
