 Act as subject matter expert for smartdata online platform, with deep understanding of smartdata platform, including features and functionality, responsible for issue resolution for client concerns and act as client advocate with the association.

· Conduct timely and appropriate escalations as needed with the third party or internally

· Lead all aspects of smartdata releases through flawless platform release management, including communication, testing, deployment, and driving ongoing client adoption and support – coordinating efforts with cross functional partners.

· Support various projects as assigned – some as the owner, and some as individual contributor, collaborating with a variety of others – across functional roles and levels

· Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies or the client experience by generating innovative ideas and solutions.Determine opportunities to implement ideas, and drive solutions where appropriate

· Resolve conflict and issues timely through expert collaboration and broad decision-making

· Build relationships both internally and externally with the third party provider

· Act as Information owner of system access rights and controls within the platform


· 7+ years of experience in product management, operations, project management roles, or other client facing role,preferably with 3+ years of commercial card experience

· Demonstrated client facing trouble shooting and issue management skills

· Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple teams, and diverse client sets, both internal and external experience desired

· Strong execution capabilities, including leading cross functional teams or projects, able to drive issues and deliverables to completion timely.

· Analytical thinker with ability to interpret results and key performance metrics to drive change

· Self-directed learner

· Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives

· High-energy with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment

· Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrix organization as well as with internal and externa partners in a collaborative manner

· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to effectively organize and communicate the information, adjusting message and style based on different audiences and agendas

· Demonstrated problem solving skills, including strong problem solving and analytical capabilities coupled with ability to identify issues, gather and analyze data, obtain consensus and implement change

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with strong professional presence with the ability to interact and influence colleagues at all levels in the business, and remains calm under pressure

· Demonstrated experience and desire to be proactive and seek out solutions to issues without direction

· Proven success in building strong working relationships and working credibly with business leaders

· Proven ability to accomplish goals through influence across the enterprise, rather than direct line management control, exhibiting negotiation and collaboration success

· Experience in supporting a large field relationship management and/or sales organization is a strong plus

· Bachelors degree required

· Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
