Create data delivery roadmap for 2020 & beyond to deliver consistent, seamless experience to clients and cardholders in the domains of card program management, card account management, and reporting.This roadmap will complement the strategy/roadmap of our proprietary client-facing platform, PaymentNet.
Support product concept development. The scope of work will include: concept assessment, business case development, client impact measurement and documentation, concept prioritization, as well as documentation of the intended end-to-end customer experience.
Serve as the Product Owner in the agile context
Own and deliver detailed documentation of existing product and data delivery capabilities; build and manage an ongoing release process to update and communicate changes to product capabilities
Explore targeted proofs of concept to harness processor data to deliver incremental value to clients/partners through innovative models.

5+ years of experience in product development
Experience with Agile methodology
Ability to conceptualize enhancements with end-to-end customer experience in focus
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrix organization as well as with internal and externalpartners in a collaborative manner.Partners will include:Client experience, Voice of the Customer, Client and Cardholder Servicing, Client Onboarding, Technologies, Finance, Partnerships Team, as well as Legal/Risk/Compliance/Controls.
High-energy with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
Familiarity with Wholesale Payments and/or Commercial Card is a plus
Experience with developing and managing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to frame and articulate product strategies and/or customer experience strategies; demonstrated ability to frame/articulate recommendations and options to senior leadership a plus
Demonstrated ability to narrate effectively in writing (specifically, PowerPoint) and verbally a plus
