About this role:


iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Zio digital platform product team.In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of major software platforms that are vital to our business operations across multiple wearable products. You will be working closely with the software development team to build a scalable technology and process that will support and elevate the growth of the company at large. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to spearhead new product implementation, internal process improvement, and roll-out.Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include:


• Collect voice of customer and internal stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs and pain points.


• Inspire and lead product vision, communicating to the executive team and across the business.


• Develop product roadmap and communicate with cross functional team.


• Partner with program/project management to lead core teams for product development and implementation.


• Work with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high quality features and user experience through iteration.


• Measure, analyze, and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.


• Support key business operational functions for identifying requirements and development of new products/feature enhancements


• Willing to travel up to 20%.


About you:


• 5+ years product management experience.


• Experience in the Healthcare IT and/or Medical Device arena.


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.


• Deep knowledge of product management best practices.


• Strong drive to be end-user centric, including both internal and external users.


• Experience with driving analytics and business intelligence.


• Strong system analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrates initiative as a self-starter; results oriented; strong sense of urgency.


• Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc.), road mapping tools (Aha!) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Pendo, GA, SQL)


• BA/BS in science or technical field. Advanced degree or MBA desired


• Experience building/commercializing applications with multiple end-user personas preferred


• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management systems, customer care systems, and user management tools preferred


• Experience with requirements management applications (Jama, DOORS,…) and design control applications (MasterControl) preferred


• Software development experience using scripting/OO language preferred
