Work closely with Brand Team Leadership in support of a recent product launch in the ADHD space. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and completion of tactics and strategic initiatives.



Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for content development and execution including:

Support the development of core promotional materials (digital and print assets for use by Field Team)

Partnering with Sales Training in the development of training materials

Development of content for a POA Meetings

Support the development of non-personal promotional materials

Partner with Marketing Operations to execute promotional programs

Work with internal partners and field-based teams to ensure alignment

Participate in training sessions for new field personnel as needed

Gain approval for marketing tactics through the required internal review processes

Liaise with legal, regulatory and compliance to ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements

Manage outside agencies and consultants to meet expected project objectives and hold them accountable to project scope, timelines, and budget

Establish relationships and work with commercial partners to communicate and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging within scope of projects

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required

5+ years direct or related experience preferred

CNS therapeutic and/or ADHD experience preferred but not required

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Thorough understanding of Medical, Regulatory and Legal review and process for development, review and approval of promotional materials

Good judgment and internal negotiating skills

Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written, with various functional groups to develop and implement marketing plans

Effectively coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities

Effectively prioritize and implement

Ability to effectively manage external partners and agencies
