A LOOK INTO THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 


The Senior Project Manager will be an integral part of our Market Insights delivery team, leading project management: Expert recruitment, Expert screening, scheduling, client communication and updating reports.You will be a key point person for communication between the US and Belgrade teams on: weekly status updates, project prioritization, and monthly reporting.


Project Managers source and recruit suitable experts for business-to-business qualitative market insights studies, based on requirements provided by our clients (i.e. market research and consulting firms).


The research study itself and results analysis is not conducted by Ivy Exec.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Managing 5-10 parallel Market Insights Recruitment projects at all times:




  • Identify target audience to be contacted for the research study




  • Program surveys, which will serve as screeners to qualify potential recruits




  • Craft recruitment email outreach messaging




  • Launch the project




  • Prepare daily client reports on project progress i.e. respondents recruited




  • Schedule recruits for study participation




  • Ensure client needs are met, resolve potential issues and questions as they come




 


THE REQUIREMENTS (AND WHY WE WANT TO WORK WITH YOU): 




  • You have excellent verbal and written English




  • You have 4+ years of work experience, preferably in recruitment orexpert networks




  • You take pride in leading multiple projects and priorities to successful completion




  • You are experienced at establishing and managing relationships with clients/customers




  • You are comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment where deadlines and other changes occur in real time




  • You are able to think strategically along with strong detail orientation




  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) and Google apps




  • You are comfortable workingUS hours (2 pm until 10 pm CET)




  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with an International Team




  • You have an interest in taking on leadership, mentoring, and coaching responsibilities
