Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Set up and manage communications with external client project managers and build strong client relationships
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Manage Project Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies
“A” level standard or above.
Qualification in project management or equivalent preferred but not essential.
Extensive years project management experience in Financial Services, preferably fund accounting / Asset Management / Banking or Transfer Agency.
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management techniques and tools
Experience playing a key role in successful teams
Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and key stakeholders
Proven experience in risk management
Knowledge of current Finance industry regulatory environment
Strong communicator able to liaise confidently with BAU supervisors, senior Citi Managers and client contacts.
A confident decision-maker with the ability to weigh up all potential options prior to making decisions.
Comfortable and capable in presentations and use of MS PowerPoint.
Accuracy and completeness are essential to the success of each project, the team and the Edinburgh operation.
Proficient in People Management and Emotional Intelligence.
