The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and analytical skills; the ability to drive decision making while challenging the status quo; and experience delivering programs that have significant impact across the wider organization. The role will report to the Senior Program Manager, P&I, with significant exposure across FanDuel Group, as well as to the broader global company (Flutter Entertainment).
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary, and potentially geographically dispersed, teams
- Track project milestones and deliverables, and report status updates
- Identify risks that would prevent the timely delivery of projects and develop solutions to mitigate the risks
- Provide direction and support to project teams
- Identify decisions or trade-offs that need to be made to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of solutions
- Work as part of a multi-skilled team (including operations, regulators, product managers)
- Manage throughput of delivery from third party delivery teams and align those with internal team output where required
- Coordinate geographically dispersed teams (internationally)
- Work with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of products to market
- Work with both waterfall and agile methodologies to deliver projects
- Be trusted to use whatever project management tools are appropriate for the situation
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, strategy, or business operations ideally at a technology, sports, or media company
- Organized and transparent with regards to plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels
- Demonstrates a bias for action, can deliver in an agile environment, and has a record of accomplishment of success
- Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities
- Ability to influence others without formal authority
