iRhythm is seeking a Senior Talent Management Program Manager responsible for designing, building, and implementing strategic programs and initiatives to elevate our superior culture and employee experience.The role will focus on change management along with the implementation and education of core talent programs across the organization.The role is also responsible for improving upon the development of tools that provide access to talent data.A key part of this role involves collaborating with HR, Executives, and functional leadership. Specific responsibilities include:

Collaborate with HR partners and key stakeholders to facilitate the design, development and implementation of talent management programs

Run Talent Management projects with clients across iRhythm including: driving and conducting needs analysis, creating and executing against talent roadmaps, reporting and assess the performance programs.

Define project plans, manage implementation activities and create documentation, education, and communications for project rollout and go live.

Project manage, plan, and execute the rollout of innovative talent management processes including performance management and goal setting, talent assessments and reviews, feedback, coaching and mentoring programs, top talent programs, succession planning, leader onboarding programs, employee resource groups, recognition programs, change management, and career development programs.

Responsible for evaluating effectiveness, ROI and inclusivity of existing talent management programs and driving continuous improvement to ensure organizational goals are met.

Implement and leverage talent analytics across the employee lifespan to identify leadership bench strength, influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of ongoing talent initiatives.

Manage online talent management tools and resources, including the LMS to ensure availability of high quality learning and development solutions.

About you:

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA highly preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology or other related area desired.

At least 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment working in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management roles.

Superb, written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously – grace under pressure and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.

Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management, promotions, succession planning, talent development, and organizational design.

Outstanding social, communication and presentation skills. Influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills to champion and maintain collaborative relationships.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills to meet multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to improve processes and exercise judgment to work independently.
