Provide strategic financial leadership within the Corporate department, responsible for developing strategic plans for the organization’s data products and services

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will also accept an additional two (2) years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analyses within the clinical research industry.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field, and five (5) years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analyses within the clinical research industry; developing financial Organizationels and forecasts for short- and long-term strategic plans; and using Microsoft, Excel, Palantir System, and NetSuite Financial System to support the data management lifecycle. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will also accept an additional two (2) years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analyses within the clinical research industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Provide strategic financial leadership within the Corporate department, responsible for developing strategic plans for the organization’s data products and services; conduct quantitative and qualitative financial analyses within the clinical research sector; develop financial Organizationels and forecasts for short- and long-term strategic plans; use Microsoft, Excel, Palantir System, and NetSuite Financial System to support the data management lifecycle; develop and implement strategic roadmaps and policies related to the data management processes, policies, and technologies to support a consolidated data Organizationel; evaluate data requirements in order to develop data standards and integration approaches and alternatives; oversee the performance of predictive analytics and data architecture; use detailed data cleansing rules and quality scorecards; prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for the Data line of business to assess their accuracy, completeness, and conformance to internal reporting and procedural standards; serve as a financial adviser for any contracts involving the Data division; provide timely and accurate analyses of budgets, financial reports and financial trends; oversee the enterprise entity repository, data catalog, and publishing primary identifiers; oversee the Data division budget and mechanisms for managing the data procurement and licensing; direct initiatives to track data collection, data purchases, databases, physical data Organizationels, and linkages between datasets; and direct the alignment and standardization of data Organizationels.
