The SVP of New Business Development will be the face of the agency and develop new market opportunities as well as grow top client relationships. The SVP of Client Growth is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of market penetration and growth who can handle entire end to end process of prospecting.

Elaborate business development plans, design and implement processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition.
Sets revenue targets for the company and key performance indicators. Understands how to breakdown sales goals and activities to achieve timing of sales targets.
Build and maintain high-level contacts from Director to CMO with current and prospective customers and other business and project partners.
Subject matter expert in client’s overall business, what’s happening in the marketplace, ability to gather information from various stakeholders and develop comprehensive plans to drive proactive client leadership and anticipate client needs using persuasive selling concepts and ideas.
Effectively sells multi-functional services to top tier client(s) i.e.- experiential, creative, content, shopper, staffing solutions, reporting and analysis, etc.
Drive prospects through to contract award (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, etc.)
Create opportunities to pitch new accounts through new presentation/pitch approaches. Organizes, directs and makes physical arrangements for presentations. Develops responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Develop marketing strategy, manage proposal teams and client account managers.
Understanding of customer experience
Knowledge of marketing trends

Strong communication and presentation skills for effectively speaking with clients to learn their requirements for the products and with the designers to explain their visions
Knowledge and experience with experiential marketing, shopper marketing, content is beneficial
Proven track record of exceeding sales budgets and creating sales focused teams
10+ years’ experience with a proven track record of market saturation and growth while continuing to grow current customer relationships
5+ Years’ supervisory / management experience with the ability to develop talent and mentor sub-ordinance into future leaders
Experience setting direction and vision for major departments with the ability to prioritize, develop policies and allocate resources
Proven experience planning, monitoring and managing a budget
Experience champions a clear channel of communication and coordination between all functional areas impacting operations.
