Responsible of a team of 25+ people working in a role of First Line Sales Managers, Sales Account Managers, Services Sales Architects etc

Reporting into the Head of Region for Services Sales Global Customer Organisation

Set-up Vision/Mission to sell the entire Service portfolio to existing and new customers on all the industries attached to the Market Unit (MU).

Outcome measured on booking, revenue and profit with a clear focus on growth through more bookings.

Working hand in hand with his/her peers on Service Delivery side for the MU

Liaise with license team to sell “one SAP” to the market products + services

Be a Trusted Advisor and "Talk Business values” and outcomes

Establish and maintain powerful long-term relationships

Other Management Tasks:

Develop and manage employees’ growth and skill sets

Liaison within Services and License Organizations

Identifying of trainingneeds for strategic areas

Enforce strategic selling across own unit / country / region

Active alignment with Marketing to drive “right” programs to support owned Territory/Customer needs to drive awareness and pipeline

WORK EXPERIENCE

Functional Experience:

Min. 5 years leadership experience and Services Business track record

Seasoned practice in customer interaction and ability to build trust

Managerial Experience:

Experience in decision making within own area of responsibility

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Final degree (e.g. business administration, psychology, economics, computer sciences) or equivalent work experience

English: Fluent
