Position:Specialty Sales Executive for Big Data 

Location:US Wide

Job Description:

This position is responsible for achieving, promoting, and growing ATOS sales across all channels while providing outstanding relationship support to current and prospective customers and partners. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership to continually cultivate an environment of accountability, collaboration, and achievement.


•  In collaboration with senior/executive leadership, identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities to achieve sales objectives and market growth while maintaining effective cost control practices.

•  Complete sales goals by helping teams build and grow sales pipelines within designated channels.

•  Develop and roll-out industry specific messaging and strategies for NA Sales teams to build new business while driving further in depth with existing ATOS clients

•  Develop/Lead sales quotas and forecasts; interpreting results/providing recommendations to drive business forward.

•  Align sales efforts by identifying the goals for each distinctive channel, and take steps to define, initiate and implement respective channel responsibilities. Integrate channel activities to maintain strategic partnerships, execute joint selling initiatives, and reduce any customer confusion.

•  Provide high level of client service to existing customers and actively develop prospect network both domestically and internationally. Regularly engage prospects for future partnerships and champion long-term relationships. Provide high level of client satisfaction without compromising company profits.

•  Work across ATOS teams/orgs/product groups to identify, recommend and implement improvements to provide better service and support of the overall sales and relationship management process. Partner with Department Heads to ensure alignment between teams and resolve issues when vital.

•  Regularly track, evaluate and communicate updates to senior leadership on progress against strategic plans. Make adjustments to increase productivity as appropriate.

•  Position ATOS as a “leader with vision” amongst chosen technology industry verticals; be able to place ATOS on industry boards and work groups driving solutions for future business

•  Select, hire, train and mentor team to achieve high level performance.

•  Willingness to travel as needed.

•  Perform other related duties as the need arises.

Experience and Education Required:

•  BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience

•  15+ years of experience in sales/business development roles

•  5 - 7 years in senior management/leadership positions; ideally F500 organizations or C-Suite with global experience

•  Strong industry vertical expertise and knowledge; Hospitality, Travel, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Manufacturing

•  In depth experience working with Enterprise Clients in these relative industries

•  Relevant experience and access to industry standards bodies/organizations; HTNG, ARTS, GATIF, NRF, HFTP, etc.

•  In depth abilities to build, develop and execute partner relationships and strategies

•  High aptitude of mentoring for performance and leading by example

•  Strong technical skills, including CRM software utilization, and knowledge of MS products
