 As a Solution Sales Director you will be responsible for solution selling within existing our client's customers and expanding our product and services portfolio into new opportunities. A Solution Sales Director is a true expert in our solutions which will be aligned by domain of expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong expertise of ideal customer profile (ICP), target buyers, domain knowledge, products, services and competitors

• Accountable for driving sales to DN‘s existing account base as well as new targets & prospects within the banking industry to achieve assigned sales quota

• Prospect, discover, and qualify land and expand opportunities to build and maintain pipeline growth for new products and services portfolio

• Specialization in a domain of DN's product and services portfolio and can speak in technical detail about the portfolio of products and their fit with perspective accounts

• Implement a consultative, solution selling approach in order to identify additional opportunities outside of expertise

• Maintain awareness of the customer environment and promote new products or services as solutions and identify new product and services growth opportunities

• Engage client's relevant business functions, with technical understanding of the customer’s business

• Speak to assigned domain of expertise with technical understanding of DN’s products and services

• Able to speak to architecture diagrams, demonstrating how the relevant DN products and services will fit within the client environment

• Involve Subject Matter Expert, when applicable, for technical depth and expertise in products, services, or domains

• Own client relationships relevant to selling the innovative, new portfolio of DN products and services falling under assigned domain

• Negotiation and pricing of contracts (requiring upskilling in this area as needed)

• Consistent use of CRM, Salesforce.com to track and manage opportunities

• Consistently meet or exceed growth sales objectives and monthly key performance indicators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor equivalent. MBA preferred

• 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions

• Minimum 5 years of client relationship management at the executive level

• Strong knowledge of the financial industry, retail banking operations outsourcing and services trends within these industries

• Creativity needed to anticipate market trends and needs and identify new solutions to satisfy those needs

• Proven ability to source leads and qualify high potential prospects

• A proven track record for meeting and exceeding performance objectives

• Possess a high level of demonstrated leadership, oral and written communication, presentation, critical thinking and strategic planning skills

• Must be assertive, influential and able to motivate all levels of associates, peers and executive leadership

• Must be adept at team building, developing and managing staff, and collaborating

• Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales cycles in a dynamic, consultative and competitive market

• Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Skype, and Zoom

• Possess experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce to maximize opportunities

• Ability to travel up to approximately 50%
